This Privacy Policy applies to the Lucid FM mobile application created and operated by Deviation Lab. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we collect, use, and handle your information.
By using Lucid FM, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
When you create an account or access certain features, we may collect:
Lucid FM does not collect or store user-uploaded content such as files, recordings, or custom audio.
We automatically collect information about your device and interaction with Lucid FM, including IP address, device model, app version, usage times, and crash logs.
Lucid FM does not collect precise real-time location information. We only infer general region from IP address.
We collect info on features accessed, playback behavior, preferences, and subscription status to improve the user experience.
We use your info to operate the App, provide playback, personalize recommendations, troubleshoot issues, and manage subscriptions.
We may use your contact info for service announcements, updates, support, and promotional messages (which you can opt out of).
We use data to analyze usage trends and comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, and ensure user safety.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
Trusted partners like Firebase, Google Analytics, Adapty, RevenueCat, and SuperWall help us operate the App. They are contractually obligated to keep data confidential.
We may share aggregated/anonymized data for analytics. We may disclose info if required by law, to protect rights, or during a business transfer (merger/acquisition).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
You may opt out of marketing communications via email links. You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the App.
We retain personal info as long as your account is active or needed for legal obligations. When you request deletion, we remove or anonymize data unless retention is legally required.
Lucid FM is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has used the App, contact us to have the data deleted.
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption, access controls, HTTPS). However, no method is completely secure, and use of the App is at your own risk.
Your information may be processed in countries with different data protection laws. By using Lucid FM, you consent to these transfers.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use implies acceptance.
California residents may request disclosure of data collected, deletion, and confirmation that we do not sell personal data.
Users in the EEA/UK have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to processing.
